Whether you have been around City Church for awhile or not very long, this class is for you! It will be an opportunity to learn what the Church is, what it believes, and what it’s for.
Membership in a local church isn’t like membership at a country club. You aren’t gaining special access or special amenities. Membership in a local church is an opportunity to take your place in God’s story. God has always been about setting apart a people for Himself, and while God does love individuals, those individuals are part of a larger body, the Church. The local church is the microcosm where God’s larger story is played out.
