This Week in Kid City | July 6

Hi Kid City!

This week we learned about how God is GOOD! We learned about Joseph, Jacob’s son. Many things went wrong in Joseph’s life, but we can see that God was good even when Joseph’s circumstances were not good! God was working through all of the hard moments and in the end God was glorified through Joseph’s life! God is good in the good times and in the bad times. He is good ALL the time!

Coloring Sheets – Attached

Activity – Joseph had a wonderful, colorful coat! This week, reread the story of Joseph with your little one and then make a colorful coat of their own! Grab a paper grocery bag, cut a hole for their head at the bottom of the bag, and arm holes on each side. Let them paint it using their favorite colors. After it is all dry, they can dress up like Joseph in their very own colorful coat!

Taste- point your hands to your mouth
And see- point your hands to your eyes
That the Lord is good- point up to the sky
