This Week in Kid City | June 29

Hi Kid City!

This week we are continuing to learn about how God is love and God loves us! We learned about Jacob, Abraham’s grandson and how God made a very big promise to Jacob, He chose Jacob for a very special purpose and He loved Jacob… and he loves YOU too! 

Below is a list of activities that you can engage your little one throughout the week. It will also be posted to Instagram (@fwcitychurchkids) and Facebook (City Church Kids).

Bible Verse: “Give thanks to the Lord for he is good. His love endures forever” – Psalm 136:1

Activity – Grab some playdough and PLAY! Talk to your little one about Jacob’s dream. Remind them about the staircase to heaven where angels went up and down. See if they can create a staircase/ladder or an angel out of playdough just like Jacob’s dream! Try and recreate the dream through playdough and while you are doing it, remind your little one that God made a big promise to Jacob, God chose Jacob for a specific purpose and God LOVES Jacob – and He loves you too, because God is LOVE!
